Where We’re Working

Why Historic Norwayne?

Historic Norwayne is a compact, walkable neighborhood with deep working-class roots and enormous potential. It also faces aging housing, rising energy costs, low appraisals, and housing insecurity. Norwayne CLT is designed to stabilize this neighborhood block-by-block, keeping homes affordable and families rooted.
