Who We Are
Constellation Path is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating permanently affordable housing and community infrastructure in the Norwayne Historic District and beyond. It serves as the charitable backbone for Norwayne CLT and related initiatives.
Our Vision & Narrative
Constellation Path began with one question:
“What would it look like if a neighborhood could heal itself?”
In a time when housing insecurity, rising costs, and fractured communities leave families struggling on their own, Constellation Path offers a new model — one rooted in dignity, shared stewardship, and long-term stability. Our vision is simple and powerful: help one neighborhood become strong enough to lift itself, then let that model spread.
Constellation Path is a nonprofit dedicated to creating permanently affordable housing through a Community Land Trust (CLT) in the Norwayne Historic District. Instead of watching homes vanish into speculation, flipping, or neglect, we bring them back into the hands of the community — where they belong. Each home we acquire is renovated, stabilized, and rented below market rate, ensuring families can stay rooted. Every dollar of rent supports a Community Wealth Fund, which fuels future housing acquisitions, local projects, and neighborhood improvements.
Like a constellation, each home becomes a star — separate yet connected, shining brighter when linked together. By concentrating resources on a small geographic area, we create a self-reinforcing system where stability grows, rather than erodes. This is not charity that evaporates; it is infrastructure that regenerates.
But Constellation Path is more than houses. It is a commitment to belonging. It strengthens the fabric between neighbors. It turns underinvestment into empowerment. It invites residents to serve on boards, shape priorities, and build a shared future. And as stability grows in Norwayne, the model becomes a blueprint for other communities facing the same pressures.
