What is Pathweavers?

Pathweavers Foundation is a non-charitable nonprofit designed to seed and support a network of non-extractive, salary-capped enterprises in the Lower Rouge Basin. It complements Constellation Path by serving residents of all incomes, not only those within strict charitable guidelines.

Key Roles

• Operate the mixed-income Lower Rouge Community Land Trust
• Seed startup funding for independent entities that join the Pathweavers Network
• Maintain and grow a Foundation Fund for reinvestment
• Support cooperatives and community-owned services (energy, food, workforce, etc.)

Economic Principles

• Salary caps for leadership and workers
• Non-extractive financial design
• Local ownership and governance
• Transparency and reinvestment of surplus
• Growth without mission dilution
